Cruella DeVille

Just a bit of fun! Probably still a work in progress so you will likely see a lot of changes from the original submission! I quite fancy doing a series of the female Disney Villains!

I had originally wanted to include some reference to Horace and Jasper buuuut it wasn't really working as Cruella is quite 'surreal-looking' if that makes sense.
